Contact your pharmacy directly to have them request a refill for your current medication. If it has been 6 months since your last visit, you may be required to make an appointment for us to evaluate if changes should be made to your medications or if you should continue on the same regimen. For most medications we give 6 refills except for controlled substances including pain pills, sleeping pills, and anxiety medications.
We have capability to perform CLIA-waived tests in the office. Those include urine dipstick, urine pregnancy test, occult blood in stool, blood sugar fingerstick. Although we can draw your blood in the office, we usually request blood work to be done in a lab a week before your appointment in order to be able to discuss results during your appointment.
EKG and Spirometry (Lung function tests) can be done in the office. We do not perform XRAY, CT or MRI in the office.
