  • Our office is open Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 5pm Central Standard Time. If you wish to make an appointment or obtain a prescription refill, please call during these business hours.
    The number is 817-645-5915. If you have an urgent situation after hours, leave a message, and we will return your call as soon as possible.
    ​If you feel you have an emergency, you should call 911, or go to the nearest Emergency Room for treatment.
  • We have capability to perform CLIA-waived tests in the office. Those include urine dipstick, urine pregnancy test, occult blood in stool, blood sugar fingerstick. 
Although we can draw your blood in the office, we usually request blood work to be done in a lab a week before your appointment in order to be able to discuss results during your appointment. ​
  • EKG and Spirometry (Lung function tests) can be done in the office. We do not perform XRAY, CT or MRI in the office.
